Good afternoon my friends! I hope you're doing great. Elder Momoh and I sure are. Life is great in Elubo.  We've been seeing a lot of success lately that just came out of nowhere. For the past few weeks we've really struggled to find new people to teach, which I have never before had a problem with on my mission, because Ghanaians are awesome and love hearing the gospel. For whatever reason though, we've struggled to find for the past few weeks. However, this week we were able to find a lot of new people  and have really great lessons with them. That was a big tender mercy from God.  Our friend Isaac is also doing so well. He said he wants to get baptized! We're excited for him. He's very humble and ready to learn. His English is kind of small but we've been able to manage without a translator the past few times. I just talk really slow and pray a lot and he seems to understand. Good afternoon my friends. I hope you're doing well. I enjoyed this week a lot.  The first cool thing that happened this week is we had the chance to do a lot of service which I really enjoyed. Ghanaians are super nice and don't like to be served, but if you're observant and just a little forceful you can help people do stuff. This week we helped Gifty, one of our friends, close her stand where she sells backpacks and purses and stuff. We also helped our members chase their wayward chicken out of a thicket. And we've washed a lot of dishes, which is always fun. It's been cool to pray for service opportunities and actually get them. God will use us if we're willing to be used.  This week we also had zone conference which was awesome. I love seeing so many missionaries that I know and love at big meetings like that. Good evening! It's been an awesome week. This email will be short because my time is limited, but I hope you'll enjoy whatever I write.  We had some fun success in finding this week. We taught a guy named Kojo in his bar and then he fed us fufu with Jungle Rat Round 1. We also taught two gas station attendants at their gas station the same day. Last Monday we also helped a bunch of fisherman pull in their catch which was sic. And I taught a piano lesson to a member! It was a little bit of the blind leading the blind but he said he appreciated it. Special shout out to my very patient and angelic Grandma Dahl for teaching me how to play the piano.  Later in the week a member was feeding us fufu. In my soup there was a little paw. I asked her what the meet was and she said rat. So that was Jungle Rat Round 2. It just tasted like soup.  In terms of the work, our friend Esther came to church for the first time! Good morning! I hope you're all doing great this Monday. This week was fantastic. We had a baptism, transfer news, and lots of powerful missionary work.  To explain the title, the Twi word for baptism is "nsubo" or at least that's what it sounds like. I'm not sure what the correct spelling is. And my area is Elubo. So since I came I've been waiting for a baptism so that a) someone can make their first covenant with God and make themselves a candidate for eternal life with God in the celestial kingdom and b) so that I can name my email Elubo Nsubo which is majorly fun to say. By the grace of God that fateful baptism happened this Saturday.  Emmanuel is the one we baptized. He's 11, and even though his mother is a very less active member who I have never met in person, he still manages to come to church every single week. When I got here, he had been to church 17 times already, and he really wanted to get baptized. It was so great to help him make that happe

This week was fantastic and also hard. We had some frustrating moments but also lots of miracles.  The first miracle is that Sister Gifty wants to get baptized! We taught her on Tuesday and she said she wants to get baptized and be a full member of the Church. It was awesome. She was very disappointed that we don't do all night church services on New Year's Eve though so she attended the one at her old church. However, she still came to church at 9 despite being up till 2 at her old church. God is powerful.  We've also seen God open our eyes a lot this week. One issue we have in Elubo is that most our progressing people don't speak English so we have to teach them using a member to translate. Our members are really busy a lot of the time though, so it's hard. However, this week we asked Sister Patience, a very recent convert to help us and she did so well! We went to pick her up to help us and she was washing, but she put everything aside to come help us. She's
